Elizabeth T. Hodges
Beth Hodges’ practice is dedicated to family law, including cases involving alimony, child custody, child support, equitable distribution and related issues. Her cases are resolved through litigation or alternative dispute methods such as mediation and arbitration.
Beth is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a national organization that encourages the study and elevates the standards in the practice of matrimonial law. Beth is one of only 35 lawyers in North Carolina selected for this honor. The 1600 AAML fellows across the United States are recognized by judges and lawyers as preeminent family law practitioners with knowledge, skills and integrity beyond reproach.
Beth is certified as a family law specialist by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
