Ms. Ostrow is an associate in the firm’s Salt Lake City office and focuses her practice on advising lenders and borrowers regarding loan workouts and restructuring, collection procedures, and bankruptcy litigation. Clients benefit from her comprehensive knowledge of bankruptcy court processes and procedures she acquired while serving as a law clerk to Chief Judge William T. Thurman of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Utah, for more than two years. As a law student, she held internships at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in both the Division of Enforcement and Office of International Affairs, and with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. Prior to law school, Ms. Ostrow served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala.Ms. Ostrow is admitted to practice in Utah and before the United States District Court, District of Utah.
