Eric C. Howlett
Eric Howlett is a member of the Business group and the Business and Professional Litigation group. He focuses his law practice on business formation and operations, financing, and creditors' rights, as well as commercial and civil litigation. He works in the Richmond office.
Eric worked with the firm throughout law school, both as a Law Clerk in 2009 and as a Summer Associate in 2010. He graduated from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he earned his degree magna cum laude. While in law school, Eric served on the Washington and Lee Law Review and interned for The Honorable Ross W. Krumm, Chief Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia. Eric was a double major at the University of Virginia in Political Philosophy, Policy, and Law and in Classics.
