Eric Stott joined the firm in January 2015 after moving back to Utah from Nebraska. His practice areas include Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Malpractice, Family Law, Real Estate, Wills and Trusts, and Business matters. Eric is a 2006 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law (Class of 2007). He previously worked in both private practice and public service, spending several years as in-house counsel for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Eric also has significant appellate experience, having successfully argued several cases before both the Nebraska Supreme Court and the Nebraska Court of Appeals.
