F. Troupe Mickler IV
Troupe has been a member of both the Corporate Litigation & Counseling and Bankruptcy & Insolvency groups since joining the firm as an associate in 2009. He has litigated cases in each of Delaware’s state and federal courts, serving as both lead and Delaware counsel. In his corporate and commercial practice, Troupe has represented corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, directors, officers and stockholders in a variety of matters, including contract disputes, business torts, fiduciary duty litigation and other proceedings arising under the Delaware General Corporation Law. His bankruptcy work has involved representation of secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, defendants in adversary proceedings under sections 547 and 550 of the Bankruptcy Code, and the Examiner in the Anderson News, LLC case.
