Aaron brings a long history of courtroom and negotiation experience to Heckenbach Suazo LLP. He launched his career as an intern at the Denver District Attorney’s Office while attending law school at the University of Colorado. Preceding his formal study of law, Aaron served in the United States Marine Corps for 12 years. He began his military career as a military policeman and was later sent to the Defense Language Institute in Monterey California where he learned to speak the Korean language. He then changed his military occupational specialty and worked as an interrogator in the field of military intelligence. Immediately after graduating from Law School, Aaron worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Frank Plaut in the Jefferson County District Court. After his clerkship, Aaron returned to the Denver District Attorney’s Office where he was eventually promoted to Senior Deputy District Attorney and worked at the DA’s office for seven years before joining Heckenbach Suazo LLP.
