Six and one half years working in commercial photography in Chicago before starting law school. Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School, Chicago. Four and one half years civil litigation. Five and one half years as prosecutor for the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. In October of 1990, I moved to Reno to became a litigation associate at Robison, Belaustegui, Robb & Sharp. In January of 1996, I opened my own law firm. On September 1, 1999, I was appointed Legal Counsel for the Nevada State Contractors’ Board, in which capacity I served until September 29, 2000, when I resumed private practice. Former counsel to the Nevada State Board of Optometry. Over 25 years experience in the professional licensing area, and over 15 years representing Social Security Disability claimants.
