Harold practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and creditor's rights, commercial litigation, estate planning, and eminent domain. He routinely represents banks and other lenders in bankruptcy proceedings in the states of Mississippi and Arkansas, and has significant experience representing both debtors and creditors in reorganizations. Harold represents Chapter 7 Trustees in preference, fraudulent transfer, and lien priority and validity litigation. He serves as a mediator in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and represents clients in commercial arbitration proceedings, including proceedings before the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD). In addition, Harold regularly provides estate planning and probate services to the firm’s clients. His experience in eminent domain includes litigation in the expansion of the Tunica Airport serving gaming interests in northwest Mississippi, and in takings involving the Toyota plant mega site at Blue Springs, Mississippi.
