Heather J. Tanana
Heather’s practice focuses on family law, environmental law, and Indian law. She has assisted individuals in divorces, modifications, adoptions, interstate custody disputes, guardianships, and Indian Child Welfare Act cases.
Heather has also co-authored a law review article on energy development in Indian Country and presented a paper at the EPA Environmental Justice Conference on waste management issues. She is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation and licensed to practice before the Navajo Nation courts.
