Hillary joined Stella L. Pitts and Associates as a summer associate in 2011. After graduating from law school in 2012, she joined the firm as an associate attorney. While Hillary’s practice focuses primarily on family law, she has become well-versed with regard to complex jurisdictional issues (both domestic and international) and business transactions as they relate to family law litigation.
During law school, Hillary provided legal representation to incarcerated juveniles through the Youth Advocacy Clinic and the Defender’s Association. Through her work with the clinic, she also co-authored an amicus brief which addressed concerns related to juvenile prostitution and trafficking. She also served at a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard McDermott at the King County Superior Court.
Hillary has a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
