Howard L. Levin, a member/shareholder of the firm, concentrates on commercial real estate and business law and chairs the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Levin is a graduate of Duke University School of Law (J.D., 1978) and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (B.A., magna cum laude, 1975). He represents owners, developers and lenders in connection with a wide range of real estate development, acquisitions and sales, title, leasing, zoning, land use, subdivision control, finance and creditors’ rights matters. Mr. Levin represents clients before planning and zoning boards throughout Massachusetts, including appeals in state and federal courts. He has extensive experience in telecommunications facility siting under local, state and federal laws, including the Telecommunications Act of 1996. He represents landlords and tenants in connection with office, retail and restaurant leases. Mr. Levin also advises emerging and established business enterprises from formation to public offering, including formation of corporations and limited liability companies, corporate finance, intellectual property, contracts and succession planning.
