Howard Z. Buckner serves as Of Counsel to the Firm. He concentrates his practice on Personal Injury litigation. Howard graduated Temple University with a BA in 1974 and the New England School of Law in 1978. While at New England, he volunteered and assisted clients at a legal aid clinic. After graduation, he served as a law clerk for the Middlesex County NJ District and Superior Courts under the Hon. C. Judson Hamlin, Hon. Robert Quackenboss, Hon. Edward Seaman and Hon. John Kulthau. Howard practiced law in Boston, Massachusetts from 1980 through 1983. He returned to New Jersey where he founded a general practice law firm in 1984. In 1990, Howard limited his practice to Personal Injury litigation eventually growing to a total of 10 attorneys and staff. He continued in that capacity until joining the RAM Law Firm in 2014.
