J. Kyle Roby
Since middle school, Kyle Roby knew he wanted to be an attorney. He completed a two-week course held by the Owensboro Bar Association as a young student. Attorneys showcased how they handled cases, and taught him about how courts work.
What made an impression on Kyle was how well attorneys worked with people. He saw the law as a public service, and wanted to be part of it. “That’s really what drove me towards practicing law,” Kyle said. “I saw a way to help people solve problems. A good attorney can resolve issues, or, optimally, prevent them.”
A native of Owensboro, Kyle went to law school in Michigan, and wanted to come back to the Bluegrass State. Bowling Green, to him, felt like home. He practiced at Broderick & Davenport, PLLC in Bowling Green from 2008 to February 2013, primarily as a civil litigator.
