Since 1978, when the United States Bankruptcy Code was revised to create the U.S. Trustee Program, an attorney at Klenda Austerman has served as a private panel bankruptcy case trustee. Michael became a trustee for cases filed under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in 1984.Aside from serving as a bankruptcy trustee, Mike’s practice includes representing individual and corporate debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy cases. Every new case or client presents different issues to analyze and Morris has years of experience finding resolutions for individuals and businesses in Chapter 11 cases.
