Jack Marvin has served as counsel for a number of national, regional and community banks and other financial institutions for more than 33 years. His experience includes documentation of complex commercial financing transactions and representation of lenders and other creditors in corporate loan workouts, loan restructuring, industrial revenue bond defaults, commercial foreclosure litigation and bankruptcy. Financing projects have included oil and gas producers, large multi-family projects, and commercial property construction throughout the United States. He also has handled real estate matters for several wind farm projects and condemnation matters for a major gas company. Jack regularly negotiates loan purchase agreements for purchasers of large commercial loan portfolios.
