Jaclyn specializes in humanitarian forms of immigration relief, including U visas, asylum, and VAWA petitions. She also enjoys reuniting families through relative petitions, defending individuals in removal proceedings, and representing clients applying for naturalization, permanent residence, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). Due to her interest in the intersection of immigration and family law, Jaclyn has additional experience with divorce, custody, and termination of parental rights cases. Jaclyn earned her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude at the University of Minnesota Law School with a concentration in Human Rights. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
