Jacob P. Fair
Jake Fair’s commercial litigation practice includes banking, commercial lending, bankruptcy and secured transactions. His more recent experience includes:
- Collection of unpaid homeowners association dues
- Collection of unpaid debt owed by an estate
- Defense of a lawsuit alleging a violation of the Arkansas Franchise Practices Act (AFPA)
Fair earned his J.D. from the UALR Bowen School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2015. While in law school, Fair served as Editor-in-Chief of the UALR Law Review. Fair was the recipient of the prestigious John & Ruth H. Brunson Award, given annually by the Law Review Editorial Board for distinguished service to the Law Review. Fair is a member of the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Committee for the Future, the Pulaski County Bar Association and is the chairman of the UALR Bowen School of Law Young Alumni Association.
