Jacqueline Cook


Ms. Cook provides unique and significant trial and appellate experience having practiced as an attorney in the areas of complex civil litigation (including antitrust cases and health care fraud) as well as white collar criminal defense and appellate practice in both federal and state courts prior to serving as a member of the Missouri Judiciary as a Circuit Judge and Presiding Judge for the 17th Judicial Circuit from 2001-2012. Prior to taking the bench, Ms. Cook briefed and/or argued over 35 cases in the appellate courts in the states of Missouri and Kansas, and federal courts of the Eighth and the Tenth Circuits. In 1996, she appeared with James R. Wyrsch before the United States Supreme Court in the case of United States v. Wells and Steele, 519 U.S. 482 (1997).
