Jacqueline Norris Davis
Jacqueline Norris Davis is a native of the Washington, DC area. She graduated from Trinity University in Washington, DC in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. After graduating from Trinity, Jackie worked on Capitol Hill and in association management, to include Executive Director of the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia. Jackie graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2006. She clerked for The Honorable Lee S. Alford, resident judge for the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit. Following her clerkship, Jackie was an associate with Bradford & Bradford until joining the D’Agostino Law Firm.
Jackie has successfully represented owners and contractors in all areas of construction litigation including construction defects, breach of contract, mechanic’s liens and bond issues. Not limited to construction litigation, she represents private mortgage holders and banks in foreclosure litigation.
