Jade concentrates her practice on criminal defense, environmental matters and civil litigation, including water law litigation and real estate. Her practice includes a variety of criminal defense work including land use planning and eminent domain. Her experience includes numerous jury trials, court trials and appeals. Prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk for the Clay County Attorney's Office.
Jade graduated from Concordia College cum laude with a B.A. in Sociology and Social Work. She then graduated, with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Jade served as a Teaching Assistant for the legal writing program and participated in Moot Court during which she was awarded Best Appellee Oralist.
