Jamie Alvarado-Taylor practices criminal, traffic, and protective order cases. Since joining Jezic & Moyse, LLC, Ms. Alvarado-Taylor has litigated and settled over 100 family, criminal and traffic cases, plus successfully co-chaired two multi-day criminal jury trials. The first jury trial was a DUI which was ruled a mistrial on the second day after Ms. Alvarado-Taylor noticed improper conduct between the State’s key witness and members of the jury. The second jury trial was an first degree assault case, which Ms. Alvarado-Taylor co-chaired with Attorney Andrew Jezic. This case was dismissed by the prosecutor on the third day of the trial.
Prior to joining Jezic & Moyse, LLC, Ms. Alvarado-Taylor worked as a law clerk for a general practice firm in New Haven, Connecticut.Ms. Alvarado-Taylor earned her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Southern Connecticut State University.
