Jan M. Gunderson
Jan Gunderson represents non-profits, government entities, corporations, and individuals in state and federal courts and in arbitration forums including AAA and NASD. She represents lawyers in malpractice actions and ethics complaints, and parties in intellectual property/trade secret disputes. As a trial lawyer, Jan has presented more than 30 cases to a jury in personal injury defense including automobile and premises liability, sexual harassment/abuse, employment, and child care negligence.
Jan received her law degree from Hamline University School of Law, where she was on theHamline Law Review, Midwest Moot Court Team, and worked as a legal writing/research instructor. Since graduation, Jan has served as chair of the Alumni Board, has been recognized as a Distinguished Alumna for her ethical leadership and service, and has created an alumni endowed scholarship with her colleagues.
