His practice areas are diverse; in addition to an active criminal defense practice, he handles family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and support cases. Jason also represents plaintiffs and defendants in both large and small litigation cases, including those involving personal injury, workers' compensation, business disputes, and contract matters. Additionally, he assists clients in pursuing claims for Social Security disability.Jason will make every effort to resolve your case in an efficient manner. He enjoys trying cases and representing clients in court in both Kansas and Missouri. Like many personal injury and other specialist lawyers, he can work on an hourly, flat fee, or contingent fee basis or, as he does in most of his cases, on a combination of the three (however, no family law or criminal cases are taken on a contingent fee basis).
