Jason C. Tuchman has handled complicated matrimonial matters from inception to conclusion. He is committed to advocating zealously for his clients, whether that advocacy takes the shape of negotiation, litigation, trial work, appellate practice, or alternate dispute resolution. His experience in the field of family law runs the gamut of practice areas, including preparing and negotiating prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements, resolving contested custody and parenting time issues, analyzing what constitutes an equitable distribution of marital assets in each unique case, including identifying and handling complex valuation issues, and obtaining necessary spousal and child support for his clients.
Mr. Tuchman earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002, cum laude, where he was a staff writer for the University of Miami Law Review and a Dean's Merit Scholarship recipient. He received his bachelor's degree in Economics from Tufts University in 1999.
