Jay R. Boltin
Jay R. Boltin is a native of Gramercy, Louisiana. Prior to attending law school Jay worked in a variety of fields including industrial construction, agriculture and the service industry. While attending law school in 2002, Jay’s Army National Guard unit was activated for duty in Afghanistan. Jay deployed to Afghanistan as a Staff Sergeant in a Combat Heavy Engineer Battalion and his service was recognized by the awarding of the Army Commendation Medal and the Army Achievement Medal, as well as the Louisiana War Cross and associated campaign ribbons.
Jay’s initial practice involved the defense of industrial production facilities, associated industrial construction contractors, and manufacturing companies in premise liability, product liability, mass tort and class action suits where he gained invaluable experience in state and federal courts. Jay then spent the next five years representing a single major insurance carrier in personal injury, property and casualty disputes with a particular focus on complex and high value claims. As such, Jay has acquired an extraordinary amount of institutional knowledge of the insurance industry which he utilizes to serve his current clients in the aggressive pursuit of a full and just recovery.
