Her clients span many sectors including energy, manufacturing, accounting, medicine, trucking, agriculture and biosciences, to name a few. She routinely represents corporations and individuals in business disputes involving contracts, intellectual property, securities litigation, injunctive relief, and trade secrets. Jayna also represents individuals and corporations in white collar criminal litigation, as well as regulatory investigations by state and federal agencies. She has significant experience in complex environmental litigation, and has defended corporations in environmental actions involving CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act and related state statutes.Jayna has extensive experience is guiding clients through electronic discovery and information governance. She is seasoned in using advanced technologies to significantly narrow the burden and expense of electronic discovery and works collaboratively with clients to develop and implement litigation strategies focused on cost-effective results. Jayna has leveraged her expertise in electronic discovery and information governance to counsel clients on cybersecurity issues. She advises clients in all aspects of data security, from the initial preventative measures through the crisis management of a breach.
