Jeff H. Gibson Gibson
Jeff Gibson joined Neal & Harwell in 2008. His practice is concentrated in complex civil litigation and corporate civil and criminal investigations. Prior to joining Neal & Harwell, Mr. Gibson served as a law clerk for the Honorable Susan H. Black on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida.
Mr. Gibson graduated from Furman University, summa cum laude, in 2002 with a B.A. degree in accounting. In 2007, he received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was inducted to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served on the University of Georgia Law Review, spent a summer working for the attorney general of Guyana in South America, and studied comparative law for a semester at the University of Oxford in England.
Mr. Gibson is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Tennessee and before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Eleventh Circuits.
