Mr. Bahorski has been a municipal lawyer for more than 25 years. He has been the City attorney for the City of Sterling Heights for more than 10 years and the Village attorney for the Village of Armada for nearly 25 years. In the course of his general counsel duties for the City of Sterling Heights and Village of Armada, Mr. Bahorski regularly attends public meetings to provide guidance on issues of parliamentary procedure and Open Meetings Act compliance. Mr. Bahorski has played an integral role in economic development initiatives, including the formation of the first Corridor Improvement Authority in the State of Michigan. He has represented his municipal clients in the negotiation of labor agreements and provided counsel in labor relations. Mr. Bahorski is responsible for all litigation filed on behalf of or against the City of Sterling Heights.
