Jennifer E. Brevorka
Jenny is a young attorney who offers an impressive academic background and several years of experience as an investigative reporter—a beneficial combination for the practice of law. She earned her undergraduate degree in history from Yale, where she was the captain of the crew team and received a number of honors based on her character and support for her fellow students. Jenny moved on to Columbia University’s famed journalism school and after earning her graduate degree she worked as a reporter at newspapers in North Carolina.
She excelled in covering breaking crime news, police departments and the court system, which in part led her to pursue a law degree at Duke University, where she was among the top graduates in her class. After a judicial clerkship for the Hon. James P. Jones in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia, Jenny moved to San Antonio where she gained further legal experience clerking for the Hon. Emilio M. Garza, who sits on the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
