Jennifer C. Lenihan received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2011. While in law school, she began working as a legal intern for a small law firm in Hackensack, which focused on immigration and family law. While there, Ms. Lenihan worked primarily on family based immigration cases, which often overlapped with family law issues, allowing her to gain court experience on matters such as divorces, annulments, and child support while also helping Jennifer hone in her focus on matrimonial and family law. Ms. Lenihan graduated law school with a volunteer certificate, which she earned reading to students in New York City schools. Prior to attending law school, she received her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts, in History with a minor in Political Science from Siena College in 2007.
