Putting the needs of the client first for over 10 years, Jill represents clients in a wide variety of business matters. In transactional matters, Jill handles a wide variety of third-party negotiations for her clients including those pertaining to leases, supplier and customer agreements, business sale agreements, and employment/consulting agreements. With respect to litigation matters, Jill represents a wide variety of individuals and businesses in employment law cases, professional negligence matters, contract disputes, and business tort cases. Her focused employment practice includes wage and hour claims, class actions, employment contract disputes, traded-secret theft, wrongful termination, public agency investigations, discrimination, harassment and related claims. In the employment arena, Jill also spends much of her time working directly with clients to develop strategies for avoiding litigation, including assistance with writing and implementing employment policies and procedures in compliance with applicable law.
