Joe Delamater is originally from New York. He moved to Indianapolis in 2004 to attend the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. After graduating, he became a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Indiana and practiced in criminal appeals. There, he drafted countless appellate briefs for cases ranging from misdemeanors up to Murder. Seeking a bit more excitement, Joe joined the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in Indianapolis. It is the largest prosecuting attorney’s office in the State. There, Joe prosecuted misdemeanors, juvenile offenses, minor and major drug crimes, and he even created the Prescription Offense Unit, designed to specifically negate the impact that prescription drug abuse has on our society.
