John Ashby is a member of the firm’s litigation and employment groups. Mr. Ashby represents employers in administrative proceedings and litigation involving claims of wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, and fair labor standard practices. He also advises employers on labor and employment issues under state and federal law. He has represented clients in a broad range of commercial litigation in state and federal courts throughout Idaho and before the Idaho Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
