He has practiced cases involving personal injuries, including traumatic brain injuries and wrongful death. He has been involved in contract litigation, insurance defense, equine litigation, and municipal liability cases, involving prisoner abuse and sexual harassment. John also has experience in the areas of estate and trust administration, wills, employment law and education law having represented a regional university for four years. He has litigated matters involving real estate broker's commission disputes, and employment issues including wrongful termination, discrimination, and the enforceability of covenants not to compete. John also has experience in handling Section 1031 tax-free exchanges as qualified intermediary.
