Mr. Hurd focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, insurance defense, and family law, including domestic relations. Following service as an artillery officer in the United States Army, Mr. Hurd obtained his B.S. in business degree from Miami University in 1970, and his J.D. degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1974, the year he was admitted to the Ohio Bar. He is a member of the Order of the Curia, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Hurd has served as Law Review Executive Editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Forum. He is a member of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association, and a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio Bar Associations.
