John Craiger's practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and creditors' rights. Using pre-judgment and post-judgment creditors' remedies, including replevins, attachments, garnishments, and receiverships, he has enabled creditors to move quickly to protect and recover their collateral and to collect indebtednesses owed to them. His practice also focuses on litigation disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, defamation, and other business-related torts, in addition to a substantial products liability practice. He has substantial experience advising clients on responding to discovery requests and subpoenas, including instituting the necessary legal hold instructions and coordinating a response with the requesting party.
