Jong-Ju Chang


Jong-Ju Chang has broad commercial litigation experience and is a member of Dykema’s Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Chang has successfully represented clients in many area of litigation, including: general commercial, contract, and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) disputes; consumer finance litigation, including suits arising under the Truth in Lending, Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act; real estate workouts and litigation, including commercial loan/mortgage actions and receivership actions; fraud, tortious interference, and other business torts; and accounting malpractice disputes.

Prior to entering law school, Ms. Chang was a civil rights representative with the Michigan Department of Civil Rights and an intern at the Asian Pacific American Legal Resources Center in Washington, D.C.
