Joseph P. Turk
Mr. Turk received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Cornell University in 2000, and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers-Camden School of Law in 2005. While attending law school, he served as a New Developments Editor for the Journal of Law and Religion, and was a recipient of the John F. Gerry Public Service Memorial Scholarship and the Mary Philbrook Public Interest Award. Following law school, he clerked for Hon. John J. Langan, Jr., in the Bergen Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Turk is licensed to practice law in the states of New Mexico, New York, and New Jersey. His practice covers all facets of civil litigation, including civil rights, personal injury, worker’s compensation, construction law, employment law, and insurance coverage and bad faith. Mr. Turk previously served as a member of the Board of Editors of the State Bar of New Mexico.
