1977- Opened Towson Court Club with partner Leroy Merritt- Conceived, designed, planned, promoted and managed racquetball club in Towson, Maryland. Played a lot of racquetball.
1978- 1986- worked for law firms George McManus (general practice with emphasis on real estate and litigation), Callahan, Calwell & Laudeman (mostly real estate) and own firm, O’Donnell & Williams (general litigation).
1986- Opened the Baltimore staff counsel office for United States Fidelity & Guaranty Insurance Company (USF&G) - handled many lawsuits for insured defendants and managed the office. Tried and oversaw hundreds of cases for the defense.
2002- Founded Williams & Santoni, LLP with Jane Santoni, former senior Trial Attorney for USF&G. Williams & Santoni represents people who have been injured or killed by negligence or who have been victimized unfairly by businesses. The firm is committed to using the enormous power of the law to help people.
