Joshua D. McFadden was raised in Southern California. He attended John Brown University (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Magna Cum Laude
2001; M.B.A. 2004). He was a Soderquist Fellow at the Soderquist Center for Leadership and Ethics while earning his M.B.A. Joshua was awarded his Juris Doctor degree Magna Cum Laude
in 2007 from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he was an ABA Foundation Ethics Scholar, served as Associate Editor of the Arkansas Law Review
(2006-2007), served on the Honor Council, and belonged to the Phi Delta Phi international legal fraternity. Joshua is a Barrister member of the William B. Putman Inns of Court, a member of the Washington County and Arkansas Bar Associations, and is currently serving in the Arkansas Bar Association House of Delegates. He has also been licensed to practice in Oklahoma. Joshua is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell
. Joshua’s primary areas of practice are commercial and business related litigation. However, he also practices in the areas of insurance defense litigation, bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights, real estate law and construction litigation. In addition to his general practice, Joshua is a mediator and has been certified by the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission.
