Joshua J. Hudson
Josh is part of the commercial litigation team at Roe Cassidy. He represents corporate clients and banks in collections and contract litigation, and handles litigation in the United States Bankruptcy Court. Josh also represents individuals in real estate litigation, personal injury litigation, and general civil litigation. He has extensive experience in family law divorce litigation.
Prior to joining Roe Cassidy in July of 2013, Josh practiced in Kentucky for six years and Spartanburg, SC for one. He is a native of Danville, Kentucky and attended Wofford College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2001. During college, he was the recipient of the Benjamin Wofford Prize for Best Novel, When You Fall. In 2006, he received his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board. He was admitted to the South Carolina state bar on February 8, 2012.
