Kaitlyn M. Wright
Kaitlyn Wright is a trial lawyer and passionate advocate for people in need. Before joining Murray Plumb & Murray, while still in law school Kaitlyn worked extensively with children and families to secure their special education needs. Kaitlyn served as a legal intern at Advocates for Children in New York City and at Attorneys for Children in Ithaca, NY. Kaitlyn also has experience working with LGBTQ families and prosecuting cases for the Tompkins County District Attorney’s Office. In 2014, Kaitlyn was awarded Cornell Law School’s Freeman Award in recognition of her commitment to civil and human rights.
At Murray Plumb & Murray, Kaitlyn intends to devote a significant portion of her practice to the representation of individuals with disabilities. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys outdoor pursuits, music, and aviation.
