Keith A. McCarthy
Keith McCarthy is an experienced civil litigation lawyer who focuses his practice on business and government, appeals, contract interpretation and breach, intellectual property, land use, and insurance defense. He has experience trying more than 200 cases at trial, appeal, and administrative hearing. He has often been called upon to provide representation and counsel in high-stakes litigation matters and exigent situations.
In 2003, Keith graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy from Barry University. Keith also obtained his Juris Doctor from Barry in 2006 and his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Akron in 2008. In 2012, Keith graduated from the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School, OBC, where his military legal studies included trial advocacy, government contracts, fiscal law, federal administrative law, operational and international law, and prosecuting sexual assaults.
