Kevin’s practice focuses on intellectual property law, including patent and trademark prosecution.
Prior to joining Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, he gained considerable experience in patent prosecution working as a paralegal assistant for a prominent law firm in Washington, D.C. He earned a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property by completing a rigorous curriculum involving patent, trademark and copyright law. He also has experience in trademark and copyright registration, co-existence agreements and business entity formation.
Kevin is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
