L. Christopher Rose is a shareholder of the law firm of Jolley Urga Wirth Woodbury & Standish. His practice areas include business and commercial litigation; real estate litigation; corporate, limited liability company and partnership law and litigation; construction law and litigation and enforcement of mechanic’s liens (representing general contractors, sub-contractors, owners and lenders); restrictive covenants and non-compete agreements; and appellate practice. Mr. Rose practices in both state and federal court and has also litigated cases in arbitration, including the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mr. Rose has also represented clients in administrative hearings before a variety of governmental agencies.
