Laurel J. Pugh
Laurel concentrates her practice in employment law, unfair competition, professional liability, and housing law. She represents clients in state and federal court and has argued before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Laurel has responded to numerous Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Minnesota Department of Human Rights charges. Her practice has also focused on prosecuting and defending employee non-compete claims. She conducts internal employment investigations and employment law audits and has presented personnel policy training sessions to employers and landlords. Laurel is a frequent lecturer on employment and housing discrimination issues and recently authored the Landlord-Tenant Law chapter in The Complete Lawyer’s Quick Answer Book for Minnesota Continuing Legal Education.
