Lawrence D. Wade
Larry, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, has been trying cases for over 35 years in all types of civil litigation. His experience includes the defense of most types of major casualty litigation, including products liability, premises liability, property damage, coverage issues and disputes, bad faith claims, libel and slander, defamation and business torts. He has been involved in multi-party litigation in commercial, construction, insurance and products liability cases. He has represented clients in civil actions throughout the State of Mississippi, the Mississippi Court of Appeals, and the Mississippi Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Larry also has significant experience in maritime litigation associated with vessels on the Mississippi River and also the Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway. When not practicing law he enjoys tennis, travel and well written history and fiction.
