Lawrence J. Leigh’s primary area of practice at Parsons Behle & Latimer is criminal defense with emphasis on white collar criminal defense. Before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer in 2005, Mr. Leigh served for nineteen years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the United States Department of Justice in San Francisco specializing in white collar crime prosecutions. Mr. Leigh also served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney between 1980 and 1986 with the United States Department of Justice in Salt Lake City. Before his Department of Justice service, he was a member of the Salt Lake City law firm of Fabian & Clendenin where he concentrated on civil litigation and trials.Mr. Leigh has substantial trial experience in complex federal criminal cases.
