Linda L. Ellison
Having practiced law for over 20 years, Linda L. Ellison is a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law and solely focuses her practice to family law matters including: Divorce (Collaborative Divorce and Litigation Divorce) Parentage, Custody, Timesharing/Visitation, Child Support (establishment, enforcement and modification), Spousal Support, Kinship Guardianship, Grandparents Privileges, Adoption, Alternative Dispute Resolution/Settlement Facilitation and Mediation. Ms. Ellison received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana in 1986 with a double major in Psychology and English Literature with a minor in Sociology. She received her Juris Doctorate in 1990 from University of New Mexico School of Law where she honed her skills in Alternative Dispute Resolution by completing eighty hours of training in General and Family Law Mediation. She is admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico, United States District Court for the State of New Mexico and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
