Her past clients range from national financial institutions and regional banks to private parties. Judgments she has obtained exceed $600,000.00 to date.Ms. Miller’s practice includes civil litigation, and landlord/tenant matters (commerical and residential), but her past experience also includes real estate, collections, probate, and bankruptcy (for both creditor and debtor clients). She has extensive knowledge of the forcible entry and detainer (eviction) process, and predominantly assists landlords in enforcing their rights, with special emphasis on post-foreclosure eviction rights/process. Ms. Miller has a winning trial record, and has taken part in well over a dozen trials, both bench and jury trials, throughout the Denver metro area. During law school, Ms. Miller interned at a variety of locations, including the Weld County District Attorney’s Office, Englewood City Attorney’s Office, The Honorable C. Jean Stewart in the Denver Probate Court, and Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center.
